Children's Room

The Rockport Public Library's Children's Room offers our young patrons a light, airy, and engaging space to explore and learn all about their library. Our room is filled with puzzles, blocks, legos, and coloring pages to encourage creativity and build essential developmental skills. Our middle school readers will also find a large collection of chapter books and graphic novels to enjoy. With new, popular titles coming in regulary for them to take home.

We offer recurring story times for children ranging from ages 2-5, a Minecraft Mondays club for ages 10-12, and monthly family art night, where families can learn about different artists and styles and have fun created their own masterpieces.

Below you will find our recurring events, and always please check our monthly calendar for other events and programs.
